The result is a complex honey rich in bioactive compounds derived from forest flora that have adapted to their environment, including species like daeng and pradu known for their anti-inflammatory properties.

Its aroma is deep and refined, with a smooth texture and a distinctive character shaped by the pronounced dry and rainy seasons of the mixed deciduous forest.
